Digitech iPB-10 Programmable Pedalboard
The Digitech iPB-10 Programmable Pedalboard sets a new standard for guitar signal processing. By harnessing the power of the iPad®, it combines the simplicity of a pedalboard with the flexibility of a multi-effects. The iPB-10 unleashes the ability to create and control guitar effects like never before. The iPB-10 allows you to create your ultimate pedalboard, all on your iPad. Design a pedalboard by simply dragging and dropping up to 10 different pedals, in any order, to each pedalboard. You can even add an amp and cabinet to each setup. With 87 different pedals, 54 amps, and 26 cabinets to choose from, your options are virtually unlimited. Simply swipe your finger across the iPad to rearrange your pedals, turn them on and off, or to adjust their controls. Traditional multi-effects have given you the flexibility to change the entire configuration of your signal chain with a single footswitch. The iPB-10 brings the concept of presets to a pedalboard. This allows you to save 100 of your favourite pedalboards with the touch or your finger and instantly recall them with the stomp of your foot. You can have a different pedalboard for each gig, set, song, or even switch pedalboards within a song. The iPB-10 will function without an iPad as the Pedalboard itself handles the processing. There is a 2 digit LED display on the unit that indicates the current preset bank. There is also a master volume knob on the back panel of the unit. At this time users will not be able to edit, adjust, or save presets without an iPad. You can also use an extension cable to connect the iPad to the Pedalboard if you prefer to mount the iPad on a mic stand or somewhere more convenient. The iPB-10 also acts as an audio interface for the iPad. So you can playback backing tracks from iTunes or Spotify etc. In fact, any audio from the iPad. And since it's a 2-way audio interface you can record the iPB-10 directly into GarageBand. Once you experience the flexibility of the iPB-10 Programmable Pedalboard with its drag and drop design, you will change the way you think about guitar effects forever. Digitech iPB-10 Features * Drag and drop pedalboard design * Arrange pedals in any order * 87 pedals * 54 amps * 26 cabinets * Drag and drop footswitch assignment * Real-time view of pedal settings with direct access to pedal control * Up to 10 pedals, 1 amp, and 1 cabinet can be added to a setup * Unique setup assignable to each preset * Infinite number of presets, 100 footswitch accessible * Store, organize, and rate presets using My Tones library * Compatible with iPad2 and iPad iPB-10 Rear Panel connectors * 1/4 inch guitar input * 1/4 inch amp loop with ground lift switch * 1/4 inch effects loop * Stereo 1/4 inch line output with Amp/Mixer switch * Output level * Stereo XLR outputs with ground lift switch * 1/8 inch headphone output * 1/4 inch external footswitch control * USB port for audio streaming * DC power input * Power switch Dimensions and Weight * Product Dimensions (L x W x H): 20.25 x 12.5 x 4.1 inches / 514.35 x 317.50 x 104.13 mm * Weight: 12.5 lbs. / 5.66 kg iPB-Nexus App for iPad The iPB-Nexus app is the perfect way to build and control your pedalboard. Allen & Heath Zed 10FX mixing console
Multipurpose mixer with USB for live sound, recording and production. The ZED-10FX is an amazing little desk for small band mixing. It’s ultra portable for carrying to the gig, and can be used for recording live or in the studio. Guitars can be plugged in directly to the mixer using the specially designed high-impedance inputs, while the mixer has two stereo inputs for MP3/CD players or keyboards. Equipped with professional XLR main stereo outputs and a flexible monitoring section with headphone and speaker feed outputs. The ZED-10FX also includes a set of fabulous effects to give shimmering reverbs and enhance your sound. What's great about the ZED-10FX ZED’s are great for live mixing! Their layout makes them very easy to use and easy to achieve a great sound. They are also perfect for recording, either a live show or an audio project at home can be built up track by track using the USB digital audio interface. The flexibility and quality of these mixers make them stand out from the crowd. You can plug your guitars or instruments straight into the class A discrete FET high impedance inputs, cater for up to four microphones, two stereo sources with MP3 player compatibility, separate 2-track record outputs and a stereo playback input for 2-track replay or perhaps interval music from a CD player, XLR main stereo outputs with inserts, comprehensive monitoring with headphones and separate monitor speaker outputs, 48V microphone phantom power, DI level switching for sub mixing, and not least of all, the same digital effects algorithms as those used on our flagship digital consoles costing 150 times as much! Features Inputs One of the great things about the ZED series is the number and variety of things you can plug in. In addition to the sixteen mono channels there are two dual stereo channels, each with a main stereo input on jack sockets and with additional inputs on phono sockets. the USB return can be selected to one of the additional inputs so that it feeds either the main LR bus or the stereo channel. Guitar DI In place of the DuoPre, the ZED-10FX has pre-amps similar in design to our MixWizard range of mixers, but with a twist! Inputs 3 & 4 have a high impedance jack input capable of taking either a normal line level or a low level input from a guitar pickup. These newly designed inputs have been crafted with the aim of replicating the sound of a classic guitar or instrument tube pre-amp in a combo or head amp. An extremely high input impedance ensures loading on pick-ups is minimal and a Class A FET (field effect transistor) circuit powered from 48V is employed to give the valve-like gain stage. There is a gain ‘Boost’ switch associated with the guitar inputs which boosts gain by 26dB to cater for instruments with very low level outputs and the overdrive characteristics of the guitar inputs are very similar to a valve (tube) circuit, being asymmetric and soft. All this makes for a wonderfully natural sound to be reproduced from the instrument, full of warmth and character. EQ section ZED-10FX is equipped with a responsive 3-band EQ with MusiQ, an optimised slope (or Q factor) for equalising individual instruments Record Bus A separately switched stereo bus can be routed to from any channel creating a selective recording bus, monitoring bus or stereo clean feed output. You can even route just the effects processor output to this bus and use the mixer as a high end effects unit. USB audio flexibility Getting audio to and from a computer easily is now a common requirement for live sound and music production. The way we have implemented this on ZED is super-flexible and super-easy! No longer do you need to fiddle around the back of your PC to get to the soundcard inputs, only to find that the levels are all wrong and noisy. Just plug in a USB lead to your ZED, select the USB routing on the mixer and the device on your computer and that's it! Quality audio to and from your PC or Mac. Three switches provide different send/return configurations for recording, playback and utilising external FX. Build The ZED-10FX has been designed using individual vertically mounted circuit boards with each rotary control fixed with a metal nut to the front panel - making a much more robust product that will resist damage and give years of reliable use.
